Spring has sprung in Minnesota!
Well, kind of - in this lovely state it seems that Spring comes, then goes, playing games with us for a bit!
We have been learning about poetry for a couple of weeks and I thought it would be fun to create acrostic poems using the word Spring! The students enjoyed writing about Spring and creating their own flower person to top the page! These have been added to our hanging hallway displays that the students will take home at the end of the year! For now, they make us feel as though Spring really is here, even if it doesn't quite feel like it outside!
